With nearly 30 years of HR knowledge Lisa has developed considerable IP. In her time, Lisa lead the HR function for multiple business across the globe, the first when she was just 27 years old. Her experience spans businesses of all sizes and categories, from ASX-listed leaders through to start-ups and not-for-profits. In addition, Lisa has won numerous awards and gained the recognition of her peers for her work.

On the back of this, Lisa opened a Consultancy, Incite Consulting, in 2017 and has since built Incite into a successful consultancy helping clients translate business strategy into people initiatives.
